Keeley’s Journey: From Fitness Enthusiast to Pilates Instructor
Keeley has always been passionate about movement. Throughout her teens and twenties, she explored a variety of workouts—lifting weights, running, boxing, and eventually discovering Reformer Pilates. Having dabbled in so many forms of exercise, she found something truly special in Pilates.
For Keeley, Reformer Pilates isn’t just a workout; it’s a game-changer. One of the biggest benefits she’s experienced is improved balance—something she never expected! Once prone to tripping over and bumping into things, she’s now stronger, more stable, and more in tune with her body. She also loves that Pilates is a low-impact way to build strength, making it accessible to everyone, regardless of fitness level.
Teaching is where Keeley truly thrives. She creates a welcoming, uplifting space where clients feel valued, laugh, and leave feeling better than when they walked in. Her classes are dynamic and creative—she loves incorporating weights and unexpected moves to keep things fun and engaging.
Keeley puts a lot of thought into crafting her sessions, drawing inspiration from the classes she attends, experimenting on the reformer, and staying up to date with new techniques on social media. She believes that as an instructor, learning never stops, and she’s always finding fresh ways to keep workouts exciting.
