FOUNDER & INSTRUCTOR
Trish K. has been passionately teaching Pilates for nearly a decade, blending her love for movement with her background in dance. Introduced to Pilates in high school, she quickly became hooked and integrated it into her daily life. While working as a flight attendant, she earned her certification and eventually embraced Pilates as her full-time career after the birth of her daughter.
As a qualified Personal Trainer, Barre, and Mat Pilates instructor, Trish brings a diverse and dynamic skill set to her classes. She enjoys strength training and is committed to showing others that their bodies are capable of more than they might believe. Known for her creative use of music, Trish expertly guides her classes through rhythmic movements, using counting and carefully curated elements to create special moments in each session.
With years of experience teaching in a gym setting, Trish has combined elements of HIIT training, Barre, Mat Pilates, and Yoga to craft the unique styles of Tribe Pilates classes. She believes Pilates has evolved to meet the demands of busy modern lives, incorporating these elements into the Tribe experience.
Trish cherishes the sense of community that Pilates fosters and is dedicated to building lasting friendships within her studio and tribe. She believes in the importance of carving out time for movement in a fun and supportive environment, helping clients feel at home while realizing their full potential
