Chloe’s Journey: From Dance to Pilates Passion

Chloe has been teaching Pilates since 2018, but her love for movement began long before that. Growing up immersed in dance, she developed a deep appreciation for how the body moves and expresses itself—a passion that has influenced her entire journey.

After exploring different forms of exercise, Chloe discovered Reformer Pilates, and it was a game-changer. She instantly fell in love with the practice, recognising its unique ability to combine strength, grace, and intention. From that moment, she knew she wanted to share this transformative workout with others.

With certifications in yoga and barre, along with her background as a high school dance and drama teacher, Chloe brings a dynamic and creative energy to her classes. Her teaching style is rooted in accessibility, joy, and fun—she believes movement should feel good for both the body and the soul.

Every class Chloe leads is like a thoughtfully choreographed flow—a blend of purpose and play, much like dancing around your room but with intention. Her sessions are designed to challenge the entire body while keeping the energy high and the vibe uplifting.
